Our journey, guided and set in motion over 40 years ago by a higher power, continues to unfold.
I am Terrance McDuffie, the owner and founder of 1st Look Sports, providing assistance in the recruiting process since 2007, as well as being a direct resource for apparel, tournament locator services and our NEW sports parking lot feature. Our mission is to guide and aid student athletes in
"Chasing Their DREAM!" As the eldest of five boys, with three former Division-1 football players among us, I have a profound understanding and numerous relationships with college coaches. Athletics has been a constant in my life, opening many doors. Collectively, my brothers, two nephews, two sons, and I have rushed for over 25,000 yards—a humbling and smile-inducing achievement. As a prominent figure in Western New York sports for over 35 years, whether through softball-where my daughter was the first 15-year-old to play for an 18U ASA travel team in Alliance, Ohio-or initiating highly competitive football and baseball programs, or coaching high school football, l've been blessed. In 1999, l expanded this blessing by starting an AAU basketball program that included talented players from Erie, PA, to Toronto.
Sharing these resources is to highlight the blessings l've received. Now, the focus shifts to helping a new generation of DREAM-CHASERS
