1st Look Sports was founded on a simple yet powerful belief: every athlete deserves the opportunity to showcase their talent and achieve their dreams.
Established in 2007 by Terrance McDuffie, a former athlete and passionate advocate for youth sports, 1st Look Sports began as a grassroots effort to bridge the gap between aspiring athletes and college coaches.
